Sakaeo (สระแก้ว) is a province I had little knowledge about until coming here. With my buddies Simon and Oli, we left early in the morning for a 150 KM fun ride that would take us from Aranya Prathet (อรัญประเทศ) to Wattana Nakhon (วัฒนานคร)!

We first rode on the road 3446 along the Cambodian border. A beautiful green scenery with a lot of rice and tapioca fields. Except for the cow herders and the multiple military checkpoints, we had the road for ourselves.

We then reached Prasat Sadok Kok Thom (ปราสาทสด๊กก๊อกธม) a well conserved Khmer Temple built during the 11th century.

Our next stop would be Lalu (ละลุ) in the north east of the province. These sand formations are created from the rain to produce this canyon-like site. A very unique experience.

We would then finish the day at the Tha Krabak Reservoir (อ่างเก็บน้ำท่ากระบาก) enjoying a feast of delicious food in little wooden huts over the lake. A sunset spot to remember!
