Nong Yamah Grasslands (หนองหญ้าม้า)

I start the video by riding to the Nong Yamah grassland, a huge field filled with tiny with flowers. Nice sandy roads going there and this is just 15 km from downtown.

Kong Chiam District (โขงเจียม)

The vlog then moves to Kong Chiam district on the border with Lao. The town of Kong Chiam sits at the merging point of the Mun river into the Mekong where you can see that both rivers have different colors.

Pattaya Noi (พัทยาน้อย) 

Pattaya Noi, which translates to little Pattaya, sit on the Sirindhorn Dam. This is the best place to enjoy a relaxing day in Ubon Ratchatani. You got a lot of floating restaurant serving spicy local delicacies, you can swim, you can play the banana boat and kids can have a good time in the inflatable games! Don’t forget to try the Kung Ten (กุ้งเต้น) which is a salad of tiny shrimps still ALIVE!

Wat Sirindhorn Wararam (วัดสิรินธรวรารามภูพร้าว)

Wat Sirindhorn Wararam is a temple you cannot avoid when visiting Ubon Ratchathani. This beautiful temple glows in the dark! Visiting at sunset is definitely the best time. Beware, you won’t be alone.
